On Tuesday, October 8th, participants were taken on a tour of the ECSU Campus and facilities in the morning and met for lunch in the library before beginning the Partners Strategy Meeting (agenda). During the meeting presentations were made by representatives from Elizabeth City State University, NOAA, Pixoneer, and Virginia State University. The meeting was followed by a presentation from Dr. Kevin Chu, a Marine biologist from Sea Education Association in Woods Hole, MA.
