The Mathematics/ Science and Aerospace Magnet Program is designed to
prepare students for the most rigorous mathematics, science and technology
courses offered at colleges and universities, and to increase their career
opportunities in related areas. Students have the option to pursue occupations
such as geo-science, pollution research, conservation, aviation, robotics, and
engineering.
The magnet program provides an exceptional researchl/laboratory environment
through the use of specialize state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, telecommunication,
mentorship, and internship programs. Experimental Design and Analysis are
taught as an interdisciplinary course supplement in science, mathematics,
and English providing students a competitive edge in concept application,
