The closing ceremonies were held in the K. E. White Graduate Center. Dr. Linda Hayden, Director of the Center of Excellence in Remote Sensing Education and Research at ECSU, opened the ceremony. ECSU Chancellor Stacey Jones welcomed the girls and their sponsors.
Stephenie McLean, the Director of Regional Community Development for Goodwill Community Foundation, was the guest speaker.
