The Undergraduate Research Experience on Ocean, Marine and Polar Sciences has an objective of promoting professional growth within minority students through selected research opportunities. As a group of undergraduate students, the Greenland Data Visualization Team undertook the task of compiling the data in these files by year and then verifying the format of the data. The data was then analyzed statistically for calculated, missing, and actual depth readings. With successful completion of the task the group has a scientific data visualization to present the Greenland depth data via the web to elementary, undergraduate, and graduate students for research and education.
