The Center of Exellence in Remote Sensing Education Research that is based at Elizabeth City State University. CERSER has the capibilities of communicating with space everyday. CERSER has several branched programs including Undergraduate Research Programs and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
