Work Experience
Summer 2005
Undergraduate Research Experience Internship (URE) Elizabeth City State University Elizabeth City, NC
Examined Sea Surface Temperature and Chlorophyll-a effects on the Bottlenose dolphins. With these data I identified these factors that affected the presence dolphins. My field work conducted in Lower Chesapeake Bay and nearshore areas off the coast of Virginia. I was responsible for collecting and presenting data information on Sea Surface Temperature. In addition, I was also responsible for developing a web page for my research.

Summer 2006
Undergraduate Research Experience Internship (URE) Lawrence, KS My partner, Bryce Carmichael, and I used simulations to test robot formations and shape changes. We designed robots in a robot simulation software package called Webots. Our overall goals were to successfully create a robotic simulation that showed how numerous robots would assemble in order to collect seismic data, and in addition, build detailed individual robots.
