Mr. Ervin Howard is a mathematics instructor in the Department of Math and Computer Science at Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. In addition, he is also a certified GLOBE Trainer.

Mr. Howard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Arts in Education in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University. In college, Mr. Howard was selected twice to be featured as a member of Who's Who Among College Students. Also, in graduate school, Mr. Howard was inducted into Kappa Delta Phi Honor Society in Education at East Carolina University.
