Linda Hayden, Prinicipal Investigator for the Office of Naval Research
(ONR) Program at Elizabeth City State University was presented with
the Technical Achiever of The Year Award in the Educator Category.
Dr. Hayden is a tenured full professor of computer science with
over 25 years of college experience teaching and nurturing student
