The Undergraduate Research Experience in Ocean, Marine, and Space Science 2005 held the opening session in Lester Hall on the campus of Elizabeth City State University on May 31st. Dr. Linda Hayden, PI for the program, introduced students and parents to the goals and elements of the URE OMS program. The schedule of the program along with the staff and mentors were introduced during the afternoon event.
