Hi! Thanks for visiting my web page. My name is Bilan Rene Howard and I am currently a rising senior at North Carolina A&T State University. I was raised in Windsor, NC but now consider Greensboro my new home away from home.

I spent the summer of 2004 at Elizabeth City State University conducting research with the Undergraduate Research Experience in Marine and Ocean Science ( URE OMS).
