The Undergraduate Research Experience in Ocean Marine Science 2004 program got underway on May 17th in Lester Hall on the campus of Elizabeth City State University. Dr. Linda Hayden, PI for the program, introduced students and parents to the goals and elements of the URE OMS program. The schedule of the program along with the staff and mentors were introduced during the afternoon event.
