Abstract
My motivation for choosing this topic was to assist scientists in their study of complex bacterial populations from clinical samples.   Modern pyro sequencing techniques have made this type of study possible, and one particular genome of interest is 16S rRNA.  These experiments generate huge amounts of data and demand accurate, fast and robust algorithms and software systems to conduct the analysis.  My task on this project is focused primarily on web design. Therefore, I will create a website that allows researchers to track and compare a wide variety of platforms and catalog results.  To create the website, I will be using Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading style sheets (CSS).
