The Undergraduate Research Experience on Ocean, Marine and Polar Sciences has an objective of promoting professional growth within minority students through selected research opportunities. As a group of undergraduate students, the Mathematics Team, we took on the task of introducing the components of experimental statistics and producing categorical data analysis of the results of participants questionnaires.
