Secondary School Outreach
Several local schools attended the final day of Research Week. Students attended workshops presented by the Virginia Air & Space Center on the Mysteries of Flight and Aviation Wind Tunnel by Mr. Orestes Gooden, ECSU Assistant Professor. They also toured the new Pharmacy building and the Jenkins Science Center. Students then proceeded to the Fine Arts Building where they listened to Captain Justin Howe, pilot to the President aboard the Marine One helicopter. |
