| Research Week 2011 - Monday |
| Participants in the opening session of the 2011 Research Week sponsored by the School of Mathematics, Science and Technology (MST) were welcomed by Dr. Ali Kahn, Provost & Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. A tribute to Mr. Larry Smith was given by students from MST with presentations being made to his family who were in attendance.
Internship opportunities, experiences, and their benefits were discussed by Dr. Ephraim Gwebu, MyAsia Reid, and George Harris. The afternoon session showcased research taking place at ECSU by the faculty. Presenters included Dr. Maurice Crawford (Biology),
