Condor

that provides scheduling policies, priority schemes, resource monitoring, and
resource management. Users submit their serial or parallel jobs to Condor,
Condor places them into a queue, chooses when and where to run the jobs
based upon a policy, carefully monitors their progress, and ultimately
informs the user upon completion.
Beowulf

personal computer hardware. Beowulf cluster is a group of usually
identical PC computers running a Free and Open Source Software (FOSS)
Unix-like operating system, such as BSD, Linux or Solaris.
BOINC

Software platform for volunteer computing and desktop Grid computing.
BOINC is designed to support applications that have large computation
requirements, storage requirements, or both.
