EXPERIENCE
• Fall 2006--Undergraduate Research Experience Multimedia Team (URE MMT): developing standards and practices for digitizing and archiving multimedia material by analyzing and establishing procedures for digitizing images. Use Active Server pages and Microsoft Access and Cap Wiz scanning software to convert VHS formatted tapes and develop photographs into digital files.
• Summer 2007--Internship: University of Kansas aiding in planning and researching the preliminary efforts undertaken to coordinate and fly the Meridian UAV in Greenland, beginning in 2008.
• Fall 2008--ECSU Undergraduate Math Sprint Team: analyzed Student Achievement on SOL Mathematics Tests before and after the math sprints were introduced at Camelot Elementary School.
• Summer 2008--Internship: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center developing a new NASA Digital Learning Network module that was mathematically based and tied to NASA concepts/missions.
• 2006--Elizabeth City State University Peer Mathematics Tutor: assist peers in mathematics-related courses
• Summer 2008--Research Assistant NASA Langley Research Center: developing and presenting NASA Digital Learning Network modules that are mathematically-based and STEM driven to emphasize NASA concepts/missions.
• 2006-2008--Elizabeth City State University ONR Lab Office Assistant: assisting faculty and students in computer labs and office with troubleshooting and other technical related endeavors.
