ECSU NIA is the paramount webserver for open source documentation of all collaborations from the following partnering associations: the Office of Naval Research (ONR), NASA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Center of Excellence in Remote Sensing Education and Research (CERSER), and the East Carolina Chapter of the IEEE-GRSS society. Dr. Linda Hayden is the principal investigator.
