My interests are very important factors in my life. They help me stay focus in many ways. They are positive aspects that contribute to working towards my goals in the future. My interests include cheerleading, all elements of technology, and spoken-word poetry.

My favorite interest of all is cheering. It is currently a major part of my life. Besides my education, it occupies most of my time. It is an activity that I have been involved in since the summer going into high school as a freshman. Being a cheerleader comes with many perks. It gives one a chance to meet new people, as well as making one well known.

Technology is an interest that amazes me in many ways. I find it astonishing that machine can replace the tasks of humans. Being interested in technology assist me with preparation for my dream career of becoming a computer engineer specializing in systems analysis. Researching its different components helps me prepare for many and various obstacles that I will more than likely face in my future occupation. Soon the world will be replaced with artificial intelligence.

Spoken word poetry is the spiritual element inside of me. Listening to it calms my mind. It is very positive and creative. I admire anyone who can speak freely and have it make sense. It is also a positive way for me to express myself.
