The GLOBE High School Research Program has been an exciting and memorable experience for my colleagues and I. We spent four long weeks at the beautiful campus of Elizabeth City State University. There we were instructed by Dr. Linda Hayden, Mr. Ervin Howard, Mr. Ernest, Mr. Hathaway, Ms. Harrison, Mr. Moxey, Mr. Boone, and Ms. Ellingsen. They were excellent instructors, because they went into detail with every task we accomplished.

The GLOBE program took us to many steps of higher learning. Mr. Ervin Howard was our mentor for this project. We learned how to make a web page and how to deal with html and java script. We also worked on a research team page. They gave us four topics and each topic had four subtopics. Each individual took one subtopic and wrote a detailed summary on it, and then we put all of our subtopics together to make one topic. After we did that for each topic, each person will present a separate topic in the final presentation.
