The Supercomputing 2015 (SC 2015) took place in Austin, Texas on November 16 – 19, 2015. As part of the conference, students supported by the Center of Excellence in Remote Sensing Education and Research (CERSER) program at Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) participated in the Broader Engagement Program. The goal is to increase the participation of individuals who have been traditionally under-represented in High Performance Computing (HPC).

Students participating this year were Omar Owens, Anthony Scott, and Maya Smith from Winston Salem State University, and Derek Morris from Elizabeth City State University.
