On October 29, 2011 the Association of Computer/Information Sciences and Engineering Departments at Minority Institutions (ADMI) met at Howard University in Washington, DC to discuss the upcoming symposium in 2012 and other associated business items.
ADMI is a national organization dedicated to exploring and providing remedies to the educational issues in computer/information science and computer engineering that confront minority institutions of higher education. Each year, the Association of Computer and Information Science/Engineering Departments at Minority Institutions (ADMI) hosts a symposium devoted to computing issues relevant to minority students, education and institutions.
This year's symposium will be held at Howard University with the theme: "Personalized Computing: From the Apps to the Clouds." The meeting will take place April 12-14, 2012 and more information can be found at: http://www.admiusa.org/admi2012/. |
