The 2nd annual FutureTech Conference sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF) was held at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia on November 18, 2006. Led by three Science and Technology Centers, this event showcased NSF-supported initiatives and explorered diverse career posibbilities.
Students received a chance to learn about the work performed at the centers and how to get involved. They also learned about opportunities for graduate school and securing fellowships and internships.
