OBJECTIVE
To work in an environment that will allow me to excel in Computer and
Airway Science.
EXPERIENCE
Summer of 2002- Internship, Undergraduate Research Experience in Ocean and
Marine Science, Fishery Stock Assessment Workshop-used Microsoft Excel to
formulate models utilizing the Ricker, Schaefer, and von Bartalanffy
equations
Summer of 2001- Internship, Undergraduate Research Institution in Astrophysics
(URIA)- compress wavelets using FAWAV to rid noise of the charged-coupled
devices (CCDs)
January 2000-May 2001- Internship, System Administration- used UNIX to protect
our system against outside attacks and virus spreading software
January 2001-May 2002- Internship, Networking- set up a computer lab that
would allow information to be transmitted from one point to another without
relying on any physical connection betweem computers
October 2000-May 2001- ECSU, Lab Assistant- changed printer cartridges,
installed software, CD ROMs, and upgraded systems
October 2002-Present- School Works, Elizabeth City, NC- tutor kids in
math up to Calculus I
May 1998-April 2000- Burger King, Windsor,NC Cook
