NOBCChE 2016
On November 11, 2016 Dr. Linda Hayden attended the 43rd Annual National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChE) Conference as a representative of the Science Gateways Institute. Dr. Hayden is the Director of Elizabeth City State University's Center of Excellence in Remote Sensing Education and Research (CERSER) and leads the NSF Science Gateway Community Institute workforce development efforts. Her presentation can be foun here in PDF or PowerPoint format.

NOBCChE embodies the future of STEM and believes it is their responsibility to cultivate the next generation of STEM leaders who will solve the challenges of today and tomorrow. The theme for NOBCChE 2016 was "Paradigm Shift: Cultivating STEM Leadership to Solve Grand Challenges.”
