ECSU :: Elizabeth City Chamber of Commerce :: NIA On April 22, 2004 Elizabeth City State University hosted, "Explore ECSU," in the Fine Arts Complex. "Explore ECSU" was a business before hours event held in conjunction with the Elizabeth City Chamber of Commerce. ECSU administrators welcomed guests to meet faculty, staff, and students. They also learned about the latest developments on academic programs, graduate school options, scientific research and economic development, growth and partnerships. The Center of Excellence in Remote Sensing Education and Research (CERSER) and the NASA Network Resources and Training Site (NRTS) contributed through two displays presenting CERSER's capabilities and the Math of The Great Dismal Swamp water quality project.
