On February
12th, 2004, representatives from the University of New
Hampshire held a joint meeting with representatives of
Elizabeth City State University regarding the possibilities
of joint research projects regarding marine estuaries.
Barrett
N. Rock, Ph.D., Eleanor Abrams, Alan Baker Ph. D., and Richard
Blakemore Ph. D. attended the meeting from the University of
New Hampshire. The meeting was held at the Center for Excellence
in Remote Sensing Education and Research (CERSER) in Dixon Hall
on the campus of Elizabeth City State University. That evening
the visitors from New Hampshire joined the Office of Naval Research
