On June 12-13, 2002, representatives from various agencies met to discuss the NOAA Entrepreneurship Grant at Elizabeth City State University. The meeting members were given an overview of the program at ECSU following that, each agency made presentations on their particular efforts. Discussions on the possibilities of collaboration took place on the afternoon of the first day. The second day included a tour of the facilities and the discussion on the next steps to take.
