DATA NETWORK FACILITIES ENGINEER PROJECT LEAD
Supervised a data engineering team of eight, as well as, 35 telco and data field service engineers indirectly nationwide in the areas of Project Initiation, System Support, and Project Implementation in an X.25/IP WAN telecommunications environment.  Developed Gantt Charts to schedule and dispatch the field engineers  disseminated to facilitate the move and/or close of 92 Sprint Central Offices nationwide.  Provided site management reports on a daily and weekly basis to all in-house and field engineer supervisors.  Daily duties included administrating project offerings to assure the extension of Sprint’s service capability, strategic planning and tactical responding to competitive activity, and project growth prospecting.    Additionally, contributed leadership to resolve inter and intra departmental issues while maintaining the overall scope and progress of the move.

· Conserved millions of dollars for Sprint X25 and Dial IP platform by designing cost effective WAN solutions between customer sites via Sprint local data engineering sites during site moves.
