Undergraduate Research Symposium November 8-9, 2001 at the Sheraton Capital Center in Raleight, NC. Undergraduates from institutions in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia were invited to participate in an all-day symposium of poster presentations. Special Opportunity for Students from Underrepresented Groups: small groups of students spent part of the day with a professional researcher. Specific workshops and informal discussions focused on career issues for underrepresented groups. | |
