    The High/Middle School Program includes:
  • Workshops: one hour sessions that illustrate how mathematics can be used in the "real world"
  • Problem-Solving session: a chance for students to work familiar problems with unusual twists
  • Lunch: after a morning of workshops and competition, the whole group gathers to eat lunch together
  • A collection of resource materials: intended primarily for teachers
  • Trophies, Prizes and Certificates
  • $100 Award to school teams that present workshops. Teams include at least one teacher and 2 girls

The workshop title and 2-page workshop description must be submitted with teacher's signature.

Call by Sept. 22, 2000 to let us know how many will attend from your school.

No registration fee and lunch is free
