Advisory Boards


Membership on the advisory boards may include people from NASA, HBCU/MI partners and ECSU. Education, Science and Techology members do not have to be from ECSU. The Earth System Science Advisory Baord will provide guidance into the implimentation of existing ESS Intitatives and seek out additional ESS opportunities and partnerships. The NRTS Advisory Board shall provide guidance into the overall program operation and seek out additional funding opportunities and partnerships. HBCU partners will have representation on each of the Advisory Boards. Team from education, technology and science departments of ECSU and its partners will work to bring workshop content.

HBCU/MI Partners


All NRTS HBCU/MI partners have hosted training and/or received technical assistance site visits from the NRTS Staff. In addition, a meeting of all NRTS HBCU/MI partners was conducted on the campus of Norfolk State University in the BEST Lab. Representatives from GSFC and LaRC also attended the partners meeting.
