The students at Emily Spong Elementary School are involveed in many different activities during the school year. There is a cadet club, drill team, cheering squad, and majorette squad. They participate in all citywide parades and are used as ushers for special programs in the building. These students are often chosen to prevent behavior problems. Students are involved in Josten's Training Lab for 30 minutes each day.
