Dr. C. E. "Mack" McCary is the Assistant Superintendent- Instructional Services for the the Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools.
Dr. McCary gave a brief presentation for the volunteers.
Roger Lamp, who is employed at the Coast Guard Base, was one of the technical coordinators.
Kurt Roberson demonstrated how to terminate the station parts that were located in each classroom.
