| The 2019 GLOBE program, sponsored by NASA, was opened in Dixon-Patterson Hall on the campus of Elizabeth City State University on July 1, 2019. The programs program coordinator, Mrs. Wanda Hathaway, welcomed parents and researchers to the two week program. She gave guests an overview of the schedule and various events and workshops that the researchers would be taking part in. |
